can't clear DTC codes from dodge cars

    When I read codes of Dodge cars after found codes so can not clear ayn codes from Dodge cars, so what's wrong with my scanner?
    I have this problem only for Dodge any cars.

    My scanner Autel MK808TS

    Hi,to know if your scanner is the problem, try someone who can help you with the
    same kind of scanner to erase the codes than you know what is wrong.

    You need ttxspp cable adaptor you can find it on Amazon for 18$

     Do you  have an authoauth authentication? If not  then your scanner cannot clear codes, read live data and perform any special functions on Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler vehicles.

    Dodges younger than 2016 you need the 12-8 connector from fiat /Chrysler in order to
    clear codes.

     Yes. We have it. $50.00 a year. AutoAuth. No need to fuss with the connector.

    Hi,we experienced this when we scan a dodge and some more cars too, but we could
    erase codes by just choose eobd function to read the codes,after this we could erase
    the engine codes.only engine
